Nestwork Learning Studio is a boutique learning environment that provides direct, responsive instruction for homeschool and neurodivergent learners. Studio instruction and home learning work together to build academic knowledge, foundational competencies, learning strategies, and to increase independence.
Nestwork is not a place where families hand over responsibility for learning. It is a collaborative instructional community in which educators, caregivers, and learners each have a meaningful role.

Nestwork provides planned, explicit, and developmentally responsive instruction based on what each learner understands, what the learner needs, and what the learner is ready to develop next.
Families remain active participants in the learning process. Nestwork leads studio instruction, monitors progress, and communicates instructional priorities. Caregivers provide insight, reinforce selected competencies at home, and help maintain continuity between sessions.
Instead of a collection of isolated lessons, the result is a connected learning pathway that grows with the learner.

Learning at Nestwork and learning at home are not treated as separate programs. Studio instruction introduces, models, strengthens, and extends carefully selected competencies. Home learning provides meaningful opportunities to revisit, practice, and apply those competencies.
Families receive clear Home Connection guidance so they understand:
What the learner is developing
Why the competency matters
What was observed during instruction
What should be practiced or reinforced at home
What supports or adjustments may be helpful
Caregivers are not expected to recreate the studio session at home. Their role is to help sustain the learning pathway through appropriate practice, observation, encouragement, and communication.
Nestwork and the family regularly exchange information so instruction can remain responsive to the learner’s development.

ChildCentric Solutions and Nestwork Learning Studio are designed to be part of the learner’s educational foundation.
Families may begin with us when they are first choosing an educational direction, when they need to better understand their child, when they are building a homeschool program, or when they want consistent direct instruction designed around the learner.
We help families act intentionally from the beginning while remaining ready to respond thoughtfully as the learner grows and changes.
Families remain legally responsible for their homeschool program.
Nestwork supports, but does not replace, the family’s overall homeschool plan.
Instruction may occur at designated library, office, or approved satellite locations.
Nestwork does not provide instruction in private family homes.

Nestwork™ tuition supports a complete instructional experience rather than payment for individual sessions. Tuition includes scheduled small-group direct instruction, instructional planning, curriculum and learning materials, ongoing observation of learner progress, weekly Home Connection summaries, caregiver guidance, and scheduled progress conferences.
Each learner also receives an initial intake and baseline review, as well as an individualized Learning Pathway Profile. Instruction is adjusted according to the learner’s demonstrated competencies, developmental readiness, and emerging needs.
Tuition also reserves the learner’s place within a small instructional community. Because enrollment is intentionally limited to no more than four compatible learners, that space is held for the enrolled learner throughout the program term.

Most instructional materials are included. Families will be notified in advance if a particular program requires a personal workbook, specialized device, or resource not covered by regular tuition.
Payment Schedule
Payment Schedule
Nestwork™ tuition is an annual program commitment, divided into 10 equal monthly payments for families' convenience. Monthly tuition is not calculated based on the number of instructional sessions in a given month.
The first tuition payment is due upon acceptance of enrollment and signing of the enrollment agreement. The remaining monthly payments are due on the first calendar day of each month, September 2026 through May 2027.
Families are expected to maintain an active payment method. Payments not received by the fifth calendar day of the month are considered late. Any applicable late-payment terms will be listed in the signed enrollment agreement.
The nonrefundable $175 enrollment and materials fee is due upon acceptance of the learner’s placement. Enrollment is not complete, and the learner’s place is not reserved, until the agreement, enrollment fee, and first tuition payment have been received.

The Nestwork Learning Studio pilot runs from August 24, 2026 through May 21, 2027. Enrollment is intended as a school-year commitment because meaningful academic growth requires consistency, time, and a stable instructional community.

When a learner enrolls, Nestwork reserves a limited group placement, prepares curriculum and materials, and plans instruction around that learner’s needs. Families should enroll only if they reasonably expect to participate throughout the program year.
The school-year commitment does not guarantee that a learner will remain in a particular group or follow an unchanged instructional plan. Placement and instruction may be adjusted when needed to support the learner or preserve a productive group environment.

Is Nestwork a school?
No. Nestwork is a learning studio and instructional partner, not a private school.
Families retain responsibility for their homeschool program and remain actively involved in educational decisions. Nestwork provides direct instruction, learner assessment, curriculum guidance, progress monitoring, and home-learning alignment within that family-led educational ecosystem.
The relationship is intentionally collaborative: Nestwork contributes professional instructional expertise, while families remain informed and meaningfully engaged in the learner’s pathway.
Is this tutoring?
No. Nestwork Learning Studio is a direct-instruction and family-partnership model.
Nestwork does not operate as homework help, assignment support, or a service families use only after learning has broken down. Instruction is planned around an ongoing understanding of the learner’s competencies, developmental readiness, educational pathway, and long-term growth.
Nestwork teaches new knowledge and skills, provides guided and independent practice, monitors development, and connects studio instruction with learning at home. Families are active partners rather than observers outside the instructional process.
Do we have to homeschool?
The current Nestwork Learning Studio model is designed primarily for homeschool families because studio instruction and home learning are intentionally connected.
Families using another educational setting may still inquire about ChildCentric consultations, assessments, or future services. Acceptance into the current instructional pilot depends on scheduling, instructional need, and whether Nestwork can appropriately complement the learner’s existing program.
Do you serve neurodivergent learners and learners with diagnoses?
Yes. Nestwork is intentionally designed to support learners with varied developmental and learning profiles, including learners who benefit from explicit instruction, smaller groups, additional processing time, flexible pacing, or a more responsive learning environment.
Neurodivergent learners are not treated as one type of learner. Placement and instruction are based on the individual child’s strengths, needs, communication, readiness, and group compatibility.
Does my child need a diagnosis?
No. A diagnosis is not required to inquire or apply. Nestwork considers how the learner functions instructionally and what support the learner needs.
If a child has an existing evaluation, educational plan, therapy report, or diagnosis, families may choose to provide relevant information during intake. That information can help Nestwork understand the learner, but it does not automatically determine placement.
How are learners grouped?
No. Nestwork does not provide clinical diagnoses, psychological evaluations, or formal special education eligibility evaluations.
ChildCentric Solutions can help families understand observed learning patterns, identify educational priorities, organize existing information, and determine whether referral to another qualified professional may be appropriate.
What if my child is working across several grade levels?
That is common and does not prevent a family from applying. A learner may demonstrate advanced understanding in one area while needing more foundational instruction in another.
Nestwork identifies specific competencies rather than reducing the learner to a single grade-level label. Instruction begins with the learner’s current understanding and builds toward appropriate next steps.
Can families choose the curriculum?
Families are encouraged to share information about the curriculum they use at home. Nestwork considers that information when planning instruction and home practice.
However, Nestwork selects and adapts instructional resources according to learner needs. No single published curriculum is expected to meet every learner’s needs. Materials may be drawn from multiple appropriate sources to create a coherent instructional progression.
What work will be completed at home?
Families receive a Home Connection summary explaining what was taught, what the learner practiced, and what should be reinforced at home.
Home activities are selected to strengthen the same competencies addressed during instruction. They are not intended to overwhelm the family or create disconnected busywork. Caregivers can also ask questions during designated coaching or conference times.
Can parents remain during sessions?
Parents may wait in an approved public area when the facility permits, or they may leave and return before session release. Parents do not ordinarily remain within the instructional group because learner independence and group attention are important.
A different transition arrangement may be discussed when a learner has a documented or clearly demonstrated need. All arrival and release procedures will be explained before the learner begins.
What happens if a learner misses a session?
Please notify Nestwork as soon as possible. Because library space is limited and each learner’s place is reserved, family absences are not refundable and do not guarantee an in-person makeup.
When appropriate and feasible, Nestwork may provide home practice, virtual support, or a flex-week opportunity. The makeup policy is explained fully in the enrollment agreement.
Where does instruction take place?
The 2026–2027 satellite pilot meets in a designated space in the Katy-area community. Exact location and arrival instructions are provided to enrolled families.
Assessments, caregiver conferences, or other ChildCentric services may occur virtually or at the ChildCentric Solutions office. Nestwork does not provide instruction in private family homes.
How do you determine whether the group is a good fit?
The application process is designed to help both the family and Nestwork make a thoughtful decision. Not every available group will be appropriate for every learner.
If Nestwork cannot currently provide an appropriate placement, ChildCentric Solutions may recommend another service, a Parent Clarity Session, a Learning Pathway Intensive, or a different educational next step when possible.
